• Job Description: This position shares accountability with the Shop Manager and Assistant Shop Manager for achieving shop sales goals. Maintains a leadership role in sales generation within the shop. In the absence of the Shop Manager and Assistant Shop Manager, has all duties, responsibilities, and authority of the Shop Manager. Ensures the shop’s #1 priority is customer service.
